由于是自地自建、三層樓的獨(dú)棟建筑形式，以三代同堂作為別墅設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃的主題，以新古典的意象擘劃出一樓大器、卓絕的廳堂印象。室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)上考慮到屋主平時(shí)多訪客，故以雙客聽(tīng)的區(qū)域機(jī)能規(guī)劃，并利用媒材、語(yǔ)匯、比例等關(guān)系，建立奢華意象。
有別于一樓大器奢華，二樓規(guī)劃取向?yàn)殪o謐、溫暖。由于二樓為兒子、媳婦、孫女們的生活空間，設(shè)計(jì)定調(diào)上多以年輕、時(shí)尚、簡(jiǎn)約、利落為導(dǎo)向；三樓則為屋主夫妻的主要休憩場(chǎng)域，主要以新古典的奢華意象為主要風(fēng)格，除臥眠區(qū)域之外，更規(guī)劃有視聽(tīng)室、健身房等區(qū)域。
